Starting now, and lasting until the morning of november 1st, we are allowing the registration and use of duplicate "costume" accounts.

ALL we ask is that you still obey the forum rules while in "costume", and mark "halloween account" somewhere in your public profile. all "costume" accounts will be deleted on november 1st.

No mods or admins will be allowed to reveal who anyone really is during this time.

"costume" accounts will NOT be given playground access.
