    Pimp Your Pumpkins!

    Since we have a costume topic, why not a pumpkin topic too?

    If you've got a pumpkin and a camera, I want to see what you've created! Show us your glorious gourds! I'll go first. It's not perfect, but I did what I could. The eyes are too big, but I was probably obsessed with knifing the pumpkin at the time and didn't notice.

    I have no pumpkin carving skills. I tried doing the autobot symbol once, and people thought it was a cat.

                I had that happen to me one year. I spent two hours on an Amidamaru pumpkin, and then some kid wanted extra candy and my Mom told him no. He kicked in the pumpkin.

                    He did it after we shut the door and left, and then the next time the door was opened it was kicked in. We didn't have to wonder who did it, of course... all the other kids we had that night were those sweet little three-year-olds in fairy/princess/batman costumes.
