I just got RPGM2 last night without a manual, is there any links for a manual or a tutorial??

Well there are scans of it on the RPGMMag site http://www.rpgmmag.com/resources.php. As for tutorials there is a Prima stategy guide you can buy for it, which gives you similar info to the manual. And of course there are quite a few tutorials and FAQs on this site as well http://www.rpgmpavilion.com/index.php?page=rm2tutorial.

For getting started I just recommend starting a new game on easy, then switch to hard (so you can see everything). This will give you a lot of sample data to play around with. And when you're stuck or want to know what something does in the game hit start and it will give you info on what you're currently looking at. So there is basically an ingame manual or sorts accessible by hitting start at anytime. A couple of entries are incorrect, or in Japanes, but most of them are correct.

Also reading through this forum would be a good way to find out things as well, as there have been tons of questions asked here over the lifetime of the game which should help you with any specific questions.
