    Horror Films

Been thinking about this ever since the TCM topic, so I figured a general horror topic would serve.

    I begin with this question:

Top five location-based horror films? (Where the location serves either as the main 'enemy' in the film or the focus of the film at least... The Shining, Rose Red, Session 9, the like.)

    Thoughts?

I don't know if others would agree with me, but I'd count it.

Cube was incredible. Definately one of my favorite movies of all time.

Would Donnie Darko count? If so, then, I'm, I'm going to go with that...

              With Donnie Darko.

Donnie Darko is not a horror movie.

                1. Alien
                2. The Shining
                3. The Thing
                4. Kairo (Pulse)
                5. Pitch Black

Two of my favorite musicians did some of the music and sound effects for Pitch Black (Lustmord and Robert Rich.)

I should get around to seeing that, huh.

Well, you could say Donnie Darko has horror themes at the least.

                          murder and suspense?

anywho, i wouldn't count pitch black as a horror flick. it's just an action flick.

                          yes to alien though. woo-freakin'-hoo!

Well, for starters, the Halloween setting.

And the character Frank the Bunny.

                            There.

People Under the Stairs is a horror movie? I always thought it was a really bad comedy.
