That game was fun, but squirt guns? Lame. The kids should have had real guns and the game could have been made to be very bloody, so much so that it would have been comical, and thus continued to fit well with the game.

It suffered the dual fates of SNES and Genesis, though. And we know how Nintendo felt about blood and violence. Besides, it was modeled after those cheesy horror flicks with the bad effects and over-dramatized over-acting. But yeah, an alternate super gory version would have been neat, too.
