I've been playing FarCry for month's now solely because it has the best console based Map Editor I've ever worked with. It's definately limited, but it also feels limitless once you become accustomed to what it can do. The terrain editor in this game is the best I've ever seen and I hope something similar makes it into the next RPGM game. I make maps for this game under the same name I use here. Here's a site that hosts user made maps on their site and even let's you download them.

I make maps for the 360 version and if you look on the top 10 Predator downloads in the lower right hand side of the screen you can find my name under the Hedge Maze map. If you click on my name it takes you to a page with all the maps I've uploaded onto the site. The game itself is fun to play as well. There's a ton of other map authors who play the game and everyone seems to have an area that they're best at. There's tons of great ideas and awesome levels on this site. The Map Editor is the thing that's really keeping the game alive and it's more powerful than any other console map editor I've seen.
If anyone has a 360 and picks up this game you should send me a friend request so we can play together and exchange maps. It's the only game I keep coming back to, even with all these new releases constantly coming out. Only thing that will get me off it is another game with an equally powerful map editor
