The main page and default style

I like the default style for the forums but the tool bar on the main page doesn't show up with it. Can we fix this or would we need someone to do a web design for the toolbar in the default style?

The default style isnt being kept, so I had no plans to make it work with the site.

When the new graphic set for the site is done, you wont be able to pick different graphic sets for the site anyways.
