    Daft Punk Remix!

It's been a while since I wrote anything danceable, but here we go:
I've always liked the song High Life by daft punk, but it's far too short and not four-on-the-floor, making it hard to fit into a good dj set.

Today, I gave it a french house remix, thus solving that problem. Enjoy!

        And why is that important?

Most house music is four on the floor. It doesn't need to be, by any means, but it's easier to stick into a dj set if it is. As it stands, the original High Life was very short (which also makes it hard to launch into a mix) and used breakbeats.. Which is fine. But I wanted a house mix of it.

just finished listening. high life is one of my favorite tracks on Discovery, so good choice.
you made the track definetely more danceable. I especially like the way you broke it up at 3'30, really nice. however, at like, 4'00, the transition is rather sudden, and to my ear after listening to the part at 3'30 it sounds a little out of tune. of course, by itself it sounds fine, but the transition makes it sound odd.
the effects and beats are great, very good for house. the swells are also done well. the only other thing I didn't really as much like was the stuff you did at like 1'45 where you slowed down the original sample. otherwise, this is pretty good.

I <3 Daft Punk. Love the remix of it. Sounds like something you'd hear in a cyberpunk movie.

It was alright. I thought the song was danceable already.

                I dunno.
