Re: Killer Bear Terrorizes New Hampshire
If it was in Texas, a grand jury would've allowed the case to go to trial, a jury would've convicted, and sentencing would've been the death penalty. The appeals process would last no longer than a year.

Re: Killer Bear Terrorizes New Hampshire
What a waste of bandwidth for the media to post something like this.
Meanwhile, the United States Congress is writing legislation to block prosecution of those who commit human rights violations to further the "war on terror". Said legislation would also prevent detainees from citing the Geneva Conventions(which the U.S. agreed to adhere to along with other nations, ratified July 27, 1929) as a basis for challenging unlawful imprisonment or torture. At least the Washington Post picked up on it.
But it seems a bear that kills a few fish is such major event in this day and age. I say give it the chair. THE CHAIR!
