Well last night me and my girlfriend were talking all this cosmic **** and eventually she's like "wanna see where I went to elementary school?"

So I'm like okay and we go there and we hang out there for like 10 minutes talking about school and stuff and then I see a car at the entrance now so I'm like "**** prolly waiting for us" so we leave and I drive past the guy and I just like look at him So I'm like "****, can he call the cops on me or something?" (You're talking to someone who has no criminal record or had any run ins with the law before, I also don't, and have never smoked or drank.)

And today I'm on my way to school and there's this piece of paper on my windshield I figure it's the neighbor asking me to not park there anymore or something but like it was a note threatening me and saying the cops were goign to be at my house at 12 and stuff and at first I'm like "oh ****!"

But then I started to think about it: first of all the school was like a half hour away from my home so how would he know where I live?
If he wanted to get me in trouble so badly why not just go to my parents since I live with them?
And if he did call the cops wouldn't leaving a note threatening me get him into trouble as well?

Eventually I took out my yearbook and matched the handwriting with one of my buds

"Charlatan!"

Where do you live? Theres an elementry school near my house, and at any given time there can be 10 or 20 people there, and nobody does anything.

Actually it is trespassing to be on any schools property while it's closed excepting a public park area or some such. It might not be in all areas, I don't know. But it is in mine due to drug dealers and vandals. I know because every time someone does a background check on me they get a record that includes a trespassing charge at my former high school. The really weird part, it's not actually me but someone with my first and last name and a social security number that's almost the same as mine.

...And I knew all that other stuff already. It's a $700 fine around here, but nobody cares. Where I live it's illegal to bicycle without a helmet if you're under a certain age but nobody cares, it's illegal to own a pit bull but nobody cares, and it's perfectly legal for women to walk around topless in Ontario but everyone forgot. But I didn't forget....I never forgot.

Yeah, even when we were little kids cops would try to chase us away from the nearby elementary school. We learned to wear dark clothes at night and hide in the places where their spotlights couldn't see us. It was fun.

Back on topic - I remember getting called to a random vice principal's office in High School. I thought "****, I haven't done anything bad in a while, what are they after me for?" I was a little nervous since I had no clue what was going on. Everyone in the office acted serious, even the administrator. He closes the door to his office (that's when you know you're in trouble) and sits down. Then he asks me "Can you draw a picture of another member of the staff here? Your AP said you draw caricatures of him all the time."

Pretty sure you're legally not supposed to use the track and field at my high school when it's not in session but I do it. And so does damn near everyone else.

Apparently in South Carolina they like to drag out the laws that need to be ignored every now and then. I just saw on the local news some couple is being charged with burglary and fornication for going into an under-construction house to have sex. Yes, the fornication law that makes it illegal for anyone to have premarital sex, they're arbitrarily enforcing it for no good reason.

I wish I could use the university stadium's track to run and stuff instead of the cruddy rec center's outdoor circular sand pit. I want to run bleachers and the only other ones in town are either far from my apartment or really really small.

Heh. Cops tried to arrest others as well as myself for riding bicycles without a license, even though the state stopped issuing such licenses in the early 1900s. That's what cops do when a demonstration is unwanted; they enforce archaic/obscure laws and throw people in jail for breaking them.

As to this premarital sex incident, some piece of **** fundy thumper prosecuter perhaps just doesn't approve of people having unmarried sex, and gets off on the idea of throwing them in jail for it.
