I am encouraged that she's going after these punk kids. Since I turned 20 I have had a strong dislike for punk kids. But I am discouraged that she's being all whiney about it. Unless these punk kids rich parents and then it's all good in the neighborhood.

Ah, she's a vice principal, AKA an administrator. I seem to recall that a good number of AP's are total jerks... probably due to the fact that they have to handle all the discipline issues.

Draker is suing for an unspecified amount for damages for emotional distress, mental anguish, lost wages and court costs.

She's suing for emotional distress AND mental anquish. I guess she hasn't seen many other myspace pages.

Oh, for God's sake. We did the exact same thing in 8th grade. We just got a suspension.

I'm wondering what felony these kids are getting charged with. I never knew making fun of someone was a felony offense.

Guess the country no longer has a sense of youth, or humor apparently.

... that juvenile charges are pending against a local high school student involving retaliation and fraudulent use of identifying information. Both are third-degree felonies.

And what the hell is retaliation. That has to be one of the vaugest charges I've ever seen.
