Basically another forum I go to had a visitor asking how to change his password, because his PC remembers his password but he doesn't have it for his laptop. His sig had a link labeled "Loans". One of those spam-bots who post normal things while hiding spam in their sigs. So a member replied with the above MP3, and I just had to share it.
I vote all uses of the spam emote automatically link to that mp3!
(Yeah, I know it's probably not possible.)
