    Pandas are dangerous! O.O

      I of course don't know the guy, but it just sounds like he was just a drunk guy who made a mistake. For lack of a better wording.

        Well he won't be prosecuted. I think he already got his punishment anyway. The poor Panda was traumatized.

                Pandas can get pretty mean. I appreciate how Moe Syzlak shooed them out of his bar with a broom. Even still, Pandas are awesome. They'll maul yoiu to death then calmly sleep right next to your rotting corpse, content and looking oh so cute!

                  I actually agree with Omni, since I'm guessing that the panda probably suffered more trauma from this experience than the idiot did.

                  Just because he's a drunken dumbass doesn't mean he has the right to get away with stuff that would get sober people arrested and/or fined. :P
