*UPDATE* - I was reading through the NeoGAF thread a little bit more, and a few Gamestop/EB employees are calling bull on this story, while offering up their opinion on why this is fake. Once again, no official confirmation of it being real/fake as of right now…but I will be taking a trip to find out some info tomorrow. If you guys find any proof for either side of the story, make sure to email me!

I'm on the phone right now, but when I get off I'll call EB Games myself and see what they say.

Guy at EB said he's already gotten two calls and a walk-in about it. They are not currently taking reserves. He said theoretically, they could do it that way if it's decided to by EB/Gamestop or whatever... but they haven't done it yet, and it sounds pretty stupid.
