When we've been here for a year, our rep points that we give out increases to two per, right?

If that's the case, then why can't people who have been here longer be able to dish out more rep in a day? To be able to give rep to one more person before it says "You have given out too much rep in the last 24 hours" or something?

Just a thought. I'm not sure if this has been addressed before. If it has, please lock/disregard/delete. If it happens already, then also please lock/disregard/delete.
