    Keiji Inafune has left Capcom

He's now the president of a side-company called Daletto Co, which is 80 percent owned by capcom.

No way to tell how this will effect the countless series he's created, including Megaman, Onimusha, and Dead Rising.

Megaman [mix of letters and numerous numbers here], Onimusha [insert subtitle here] and Dead Rising [insert subtitle here], what new is there to expect?

He was just starting to get involved in the Megaman series again, which led to it's extremely high quality in recent years. the series has typically gone to hell whenever he isnt involved.

Yeah X7 was really bad. Pretty good idea, but terrible execution. I still liked it better than 6, I just didn't like that one for some reason.

Well since he is part of a company owned by Capcom I don't think his influence will leave. Possibly an online Megaman game since it says he will be in charge of it.

I want to know who was in charge of Network Transmission, cause I bought it on sale hoping to get a good Megaman game but felt let down. I might get a DS at some point to check out the new ZX.

But I doubt too much will change, it would be different if he were going to a wholly different company not under Capcoms influence.

Network Transmission was awesome, IMO. It's what MM games should've been this gen - great looking, practical, easy on the ears, expansive and HARD.

Granted I haven't really given them a good playthrough but I haven't been impressed with a Megaman game in years. The storyline gets convaluted and they kept adding things out of nowhere. Just me though.

Yeah, X7 was nearly unplayable. I hear good things about ZX, though.

Interesting. Dead Rising completely passed my expectations and I felt it was extremely underrated (shoulda been in the 90's range). I was hoping for a sequel.

There could be a sequel still, but Inafune may not be a part of it.
