Uh...yeah...hi... 162 here with another dumb question. Can you make a platformer game with any present RPGM software?

Yes its very possible on RPGM1 and 2. On 1 I aint so sure on the results that you'd get. But 2 it just depends on how in depth you want to get into scripting.
I thought the Scurvy Dogs demo was pretty fun, but I didn't like SD Paradise. -
