The Daily Rant

I'm starting this topic as a place for people to air out their small grievances of each day. When I say small, I mean a paragraph or less. I'm not looking for life stories here, just the small stuff that makes that day suck a little more (or a little less).

My daily rant is how disappointed I am that I haven't been told that I'm going to hell yet. I've been back to campus for over a week now and I walk by Wells Hall every day, which is the place that all the groups set up to talk to students because of foot traffic, and I've yet to see those great groups of total fundamentalists holding up signs and calling all the girls whores and telling all the guys that they're going to hell. All that's been there are student organizations and the occasional group singing about Jesus. That's weak.

Won't someone please tell me that I'm going to hell?

I guess my only rant is very minor.

One, when the heck is issue 8 of City of Heroes coming out? They put it on the website, but they fail to mention when...grrrr. And I am having trouble getting my thoughts together when it comes to working on my game. I know what I need to do, but I go blank when I try to put it down on paper.

We had a person like that only once, and everyone hated him, including our fundamentalists. Usually campus is only as religious as the proverbs they hang up between trees.

My rant, why is it so hard for other people to accept the idea that I don't need beer, parties, girls, or friends to have fun?

I'm just glad it finally rained yesterday. We've had a bad drought and 100+ temperatures for most of the summer. The constant heat and lack of rain means I can't go out and enjoy the Tex-ass countryside, which is one of my favorite ways to unwind.

Now the trees can stop wilting for a while, and any remaining people and animals can walk out into the sunshine without fear of spontaneous combustion. Hopefully we'll get more rain in the future.

"Loaded Baked Potato" Pringles taste like a load of crap. I should've known from the fact that it was the only flavor left on the shelf. Obviously everybody else knows not to touch it. Hard to be picky when you're both hungry and broke.

I hate waking up early, walking to campus, and spending 3 hours in a lab course in which the work is so elementary and slow.

I hate waking up, going outside, racist, ****ty video games, my sister's music, 99.9% of the music on the radio, my meds, politicians, nations, countries, emotions, corruption, TROLLS, not knowing what jay-walking really is, the Silent Hill movie, hot weather... the list goes on and on.

The fact that my school was overcrowded enough last year, and the new incoming Freshman class is bigger than all hell -- I'm suprised the halls move at all.

I went to pay a bill at a government office today. I hate how no matter which government office it is that you go to, there is always a very slow and long line and the clerks always seem to be the most incompetent paper pushers around. It took me almost an hour just to pay a bill...



But, It probably is a hard job to deal with people *****ing all day...

My rant is that, although I've known this for a while, they've cancelled Starcraft: Ghost. I was really looking forward to that game, yet they decide to screw it to continue working on Warcraft. So currently, Starcraft: Ghost, and probably never any Starcraft: Ghost.

I can't seem to get anywhere. I have no car. My group of friends has been cut due to a new school. In the frustraighting process of trying to change a girls mind about me (While ****ing up a lot along the way like today). Trying to complete Jump Superstars, I can't hang with friends. I can't hang with said girl. My life has become an emotional wreck for me.

This sucks ass...
