    Cel-shaded graphics

I saw it done in Light Warrior:Yuji the fighter, but how do I make cel shaded
    graphics?

P.S. I WILL find out what's wrong with my RPGM2 disc!

In the "effects" section of the map editor, set the "ratio" to 100 for every time of day. Next, under "shadows," set the length to something low. Like, 5 or something. Lastly, adjust the shadow opacity until you get the effect that you are looking for.

What about characters, enemies, and objects?

By doing that, it will affect all characters, enemies, and objects on the map.

That sounds pretty cool, I love cel-shading. I may try that out sometime.
