    Armored Core 4 update

    I've been forgetting to post this for a few weeks now. So some people may have heard this already.

    Armored Core 4 was cancelled for the 360, after From Software signed into a new contract with Sony to keep AC Playstation-exclusive. Sony is also involved with the upcoming Armored Core Fort Tower Song OAV.

      Well, i was gonna get it for the PS3 anyway, so it doesnt matter to me.

          Hey, Valk, where did you hear this info?

          I'd like to make a topic about it on the IGN PS3 boards, but if i dont post some kind of source, i'm going to get flamed all to hell by the 360 people.

            I heard it before they did this, but From Software recently posted the cancellation announcement on their website. How did they announce it? By dropping every single mention of the Xbox 360 from the AC4 website.

            HOWEVER, this may not be permanent. they're just not working on the 360 version right now, and are focusing all promotion on the PS3 version.

              I'm with crunk. I will not spend 5-6 hundred dollars on a ****ing system I only want for one game. ****.

                  Well this means taking AC4 off my 360 wish list but with Chromehounds and the likely eventuality of a MechAssault it's no big I guess. I don't really care which I get as longs as I get some mech-y goodness.

                    Yeah, Chrome Hounds has been keeping me busy for the last month. I will get a PS3, but by time I do Armored Core 4:Last final expansion raven will be out.

                        Well, looks like this eliminates any chance of my getting a 360 instead of a PS3.

                        And it'll probably be a while too.
