OK, this occured to me when I was talking about how I was getting too lazy to work on my RPG. What if there was a contest where someone made an RPG for you?
2 members would team up, and the first member would give them as much info as possible on what game they're trying to make. Then, the second member would do the best he/she could to design that game the way the first guy wanted, within a set amount of time.
Games would be rated by the first member on how they thought it'd be, (if it's better or worse) and normally rated by everyone else. It'd be an interesting twist to the normal contests, and after seeing how far their idea went with a good RPG Designer, it could inspire the first guy (if he's lazy like me) to get back to work and finish his RPG.
