boss battles

ok i used to have rpg maker 2 but my ps2 broke so i got the playstation version and its completely different i want to make a boss battle but when i test the battle 3 or 4 enemies come up and i only want one could someone help me

You have to use an event, There should be an event called Battle. (Or something of that nature) select that event and choose what enemies you want in the battle. Only one should appear.

You didn't put your boss in more than 1 slot, did you?

no their are no slots in the first one that im aware of

if your enimy is a LL size graphics i belive, then only he will show up. the other sizes ususaly work as 6 for the small graphics, 3ish for the medium graphic and 2 for the large graphic. i think this is how it worked. you can make one type of enimy apear more often by adding its name on the automatic list twice.

you cannot make a custom battle with more then the maximum size aloud in that battle. any others you add that wont be able to fit in that battle simply wont show up.
