I don't mean you're still playing it. I mean, you played it, loved it, and then for whatever reason, put it down and never played it again.
For me it would have to be Zelda:OoT, and the SNES Ogre Battle.
For Zelda, I was all the way up to be ready to fight Ganon or Ganondorf or whatever, and for some reason, I just got tired of the game, put it down, and never played it again.
For Ogre Battle, I had invested probably 50 or 60 hours in it (the most hours I had EVER played a videogame at the time), and I found a code for some one-off level not connected to the game proper. I played it, and went to save, and without thinking, saved a level I spent 2 hours tops playing over my 50-60 hour game. I sat with my jaw hanging down staring blankly at the screen for probably 2 or 3 minutes, trying to comprehend what had just happened. After that, I lacked the motivation to try playing it again. Now I do not have it as a result of it being stolen from me, so I'll never get the chance again unless I want to spend upwards of a hundred bucks on e-bay to re-buy it.
