I'm downloading a trial of this to give it a whirl... what server do most Pavvies play on? If I like the game I might make another char on a Pavvy server once I get my new computer upgrades.

Re: World of Warcraft (Pavilion server?)
Doomhammer is a regular server, however. I'm more of a PvP guy, so I like to spend time on PVP servers. It also depends on what race you want to try. Dunno if the pavvies play Alliance or Horde. Until someone gives you more info about that, you should wait if you want to hook up with them.
As for me, currently I'm on Venture Company, playing a Night Elf Druid.Last edited by Omnislash024; 08-11-2006, 10:19 PM.

Re: World of Warcraft (Pavilion server?)
I made a test character on Doomhammer. Human Paladin interests me... my main characters in Diablo 2 and Champions of Norrath were Paladins. I didn't like FFXI Paladins cause they were mainly tanks with **** for damage output.
...so for no reason I made a Tauren Warrior (Oreida, Level 5 so far). Woot for bulls! I made him black and gave him the horns that look like the ones those rich Texas oil tycoons put on the front of their limos... the longhorns.
I learned Charge from my trainer guy, and proceeded to dash to the nearest chicken thing... about 20 times. Got **** for exp but hey... there's not much of a chicken problem anymore.
From what I see with this trial thing... you can't talk to anyone at anytime or some ****. That kinda sucks.

Re: World of Warcraft (Pavilion server?)
Yes well... try questing in Arathi Highlands on a PvP server. Makes things alot more interesting. It sorta adds a new layer of danger to the world.Yea the pav server is Doomhammer. its PvE, but with battlegrounds, no one really pvps on pvp servers anyways cept to gank lowbies which is about as lame as 29 twinks.

Re: World of Warcraft (Pavilion server?)
I'd rather PvP only when I want to.
I have a Tauren named Enogyard on Doomhammer, though I rarely play."What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change. Imagine the best friendship that could be found there."

Re: World of Warcraft (Pavilion server?)
Well... I'm a level 10 Tauren Warrior now, and I've done a lot of stuff for the Thunder Bluff people. I've got the best armor Bloodhoof Village had to offer (the stats match all the stuff in the shop) and I've purchased every skill I can get right now. I've got about 2-3 silver on me, and have in total gone through about 40 silver total.
Damn this **** is FUN. It's like Blizzard is run by Ex-Square Enix employees... everything FFXI had wrong, WoW has right.Keep the change.

That's... a LOT of W's.Originally posted by Omnislash024Welcome to the wonderful world of WoW addiction my friend.
And MMO addiction is nothing new to me. IMO, this takes far less time than FFXI to travel and move around... if anything else, playing this over FFXI will be better for me.Keep the change.
