The restaraunt I work at was just sold to some newbie to the industry, and he takes control of the place on April 1st. He's only 30 too, and he somehow has enough money to buy it. Probably drug money.

Why is he a pedo you ask? HIS WIFE IS ONLY 18! Shes literally the same age as me and like three other guys that work there. Shes hot too. I sense some people getting fired in the near future.

Im kinda sad to see my old boss leaving though. Hes in his late 40s and hes been running the restaraunt for the past 10 years. He can be really grumpy sometimes but hes a real cool guy.

But now hes being replaced by a total pedophile, its so sad.

Im telling this new boss though, if we wants me to stay hes gonna have to make me a good offer. Ive been washing dishes there for a year, while every other dish washer quits within a few days. So im very valuble to them. I respected the other boss so Id never do something to him like that.

But this new guy, bleh. Gimme more money or I leave.

I kinda know what you're going through (as far as total hatred of a boss). My old boss is the worst kind of pervert. He would constantly ogle the female workers and touch them... so far, very few of them have actually had the courage to report him. And get this: He had to let go a bunch of employees because of lack of business, and 8 people were let go. Guess how many girls were let go? One. And she was ugly. Go figure.

Personally, I'd like to get a heavy chain and beat him to death with it.

My band teacher is a pedafile! He got fired from his last job because of too many people telling on him. Like the other day, a girl was wearing a short shirt(showing lot of clevage) and he goes "Thats a nice shirt!!" And then, he goes into the boys restroom and talks to us while we pee...he has freaking private restroom in his office! I could go on for hours >.>

The local movie theater I worked at the past summer is run by horny, undersexed, horrific pedos. Who are all about 20 years old. The most pathetic people on earth really. The kind of guys who have to pay for sex or at best, harass a trailer park for some sticky fumblings.

So the town is overrun by prostitots (prostitutes + tots), 12-14-year-old girls who wear the most provocative **** right out of a rap video, and since they can't drive or do anything worthwhile with their goddamn time they go to the movies. They go to the movies a lot. So, GUESS WHO'D HIT ON WHO. ...Yeah, actually, it was mutual. There was an equal amount of MACKING between the two sides. I was sickened.

And I was the only guy working there with a steady LEGAL girlfriend so I was immediately the odd man out. Sometimes my co-workers, after a long morning of underage sex daydreaming, would go up on the roof of the theater and smoke teh reefer for the afternoon, as if it was post-coital celebration, leaving me to tend to customers downstairs. Then they'd come downstairs all red-eyed and short of breath and creep everyone out. I felt like Tim in The Office. Hell, I am Tim in The Office.



It was an interesting experience. Now when I go to other theaters I can easily see the same kind of behavior going on. Blech.

What dose your rare dish washing abilities have to do with "his wife and fine sexual tastes?"
If he replaced his last "old" girlfriend with this new model he will gladly see you replaced with a dishwasher machine.

Don't think you're all that regardless. Nobody likes being told they have to pay somebody more money, but I suspect that if you approach it correctly, then you can walk away with a raise, but this is business were talking about here, and it's much cheaper and far less annoying to hire a new dishwasher than to submit to someone's demands. Remember you're not exactly in a skilled position. I've worked in many levels of restaurant management, and the one thing that's common among all restaurants is dishes. He could have you replaced within a few hours I'm sure.
But the good news- if you know how to approach and negotiate, you should be able to work out an agreement where a raise is in your near future, even if not immediately available.
