Summer officially sucks, how's yours?

So, I have a month left, and have nothing to do.
At all.

Well, as far as people go. Noone will hang out with me anymore.
My 2 very best friends are
1. in a relationship with 2, forced to work at home
2. obsessed with 1 to an unhealthy point.

I have recently been limited to the time I can spend with Skyelan.

Marching band sucks. I will get no joy from it for a long time. If at all this season. I'm behind in music, going to get scolded for it, when everyone agrees our piece is too hard.

Hito is too busy with RPGM to even come to a Science Club Meeting, where we need to get WORK done. Hanging out with me seems low priority comparably.

My third friend is being a jerk lately, and has ended up doing a lot of damage to me in the past year, yet I still hang out with him occasionally. Stupid me.

It's hot, I'm sweating, I have 50 dollars in my pocket to spend on anything, I have marching band in 4 hours 15 minutes.

So, anyone else have complaints of the last month of summer? It always seems to happen this way.

I went to California and back, but other than that it's been highly mediocre.

I'd play Starcraft, but I do not have it. I have Warcraft 3, Ratchet and Clank 3, Balders Gate 2 and Dungeon Seige. Oh yeah, and Quake 2 and 3.

Wha? I didn't come to that one meeting cause it was deadline, but I was the one biking to the library to discover the meeting was canceled via email an couple hours before it was suppost to start.

My summer has been pretty cool. Got that Torayu demo done, which is all the productivity I really need.

And Keith, I'm taking the sad face as an invite to break into your house at 2:00
AM.

I wish I had nothing to do. Just wait until you have a job and little to no free time. Then you'll miss all the "nothing."

I'm torn. A summer research project and a full-time job have left me with no time. Yet I am making boatloads of money.

...boatloads of money considering what I'm used to, that is.

I've spent a lot of time pricing a/v equipment for a dedicated HT I hope to have built by next summer.

Watched the first season of Lost on dvd.

My oldest daughter, Jamie, starts kindergarden August 31st.She has bus orientation on wednesday.I get to ride on a little yellow school bus ..Weeeeeeeh!!!

i don't even keep track of the seasons anymore, just the months. july was okay and august seems to be more of the same.
