    Critics be damned: N3

I really liked this demo. It appealed to my primal nature, probably in the same way Fight Night 3 did. Ok, so it's basically a Dynasty Warriors upgrade, but hear me out...I killed 2500 FREAKING GUYS in one level. The sheer enormity of the people you kill feels epic, and the music is awesome that goes along with it.

Also, and I think most importantly, there's lots of different combos that you can perform, unlike Dynasty warriors. My favorite is getting a bad guy stuck on the end of my spear, then whapping him back and forth Droopy style, spinning him around and flinging him 50 feet into a crowd. My bro said he's definitely going to get it because he finds the day thereputic after a long day of work.

It's not the most innovative game ever, but I'll be damned if it's not fun.

I've never really found violent games to be therapeutic.

I played the demo, and thought it wasn't that much different from Dynasty Warriors at all. Plus the camera sucked.

There are combos but I was playing a button masher and that didn't make me feel good.

It looks like a super upgraded version of Kingdom Under Fire which I really enjoyed (and felt was 10x better than Dynasty Warriors). Is there cheesy HEAVY METAL music because I can't medieval knights and half-naked dark elves duking it out to "RAWKAH! HEAVY GUITAR JAM" in the background.

No, it sounds more like an orchestral movie score. The game is headed by Mizuguchi, so I expect the rest of the score to be just as good.
