Monster Hunter Portable 2nd

Since it seems futile to have any hope of MH2 being localized, is there any chance at all for this smaller version coming over? I loved MH1, and MH Freedom was nice but the only new things were some weapons/armor and Yian Garuga. The rest is just different colored versions of existing monsters and no real new areas.

Freedom (the PSP version) is better than the first PS2 game?

Although without online play, the extra content basically makes the game Super Monster Hunter 1 Hyper Fighting Turbo Alpha EX+.

Having never played the first MH I can't really compare, but I just wanna say that I would buy the second Freedom in an instant. This game is easily one of the most in-depth, well-made games on the PSP at the moment. The vibrant enviroments, the enormous creatures, and the infinite number of items and equipment combinations put this game's sense of scale on par with Shadow of the Colossus or any respectable MMORPG. Kudos, PSP, between the and VP: Lenneth, you have me hooked... for the moment.
