In order to input images from a digital camera into RPGM 2, does the camera have to have Pict Bridge or whatever it's called? Or will any camera with a USB output work?

The only digital camera we've seen/heard work was the Sony P-30 with Picture Paridise.
If the Camera you have now is a Sony model, go ahead and try it out anyway. You might have a camera that works.
If not, you can still try.
But, yeah, that's the jist of it I'm afraid. -
