You guys make me sad. Come on, some one play it. Please?
Also, don't forget the mag awards. Not many votes for most promising demo, so try out Torayu and the competition! (Mines only like an hour long to play anywho.)
But, but, I have to go upstairs to grab my Max Drive, come all the way downstairs to where my computer is, insert my Max Drive into a USB port, delete a few files on my Max Drive, copy and paste the game's file onto my Max Drive, extract the Max Drive from the USB port, go upstairs in my bedroom where my PS2 is, whip out the Max Drive disc, go through a process of frustration since my Max Drive disc doesn't always work properly, delete a few files on my memory card, uncrush the game file onto my memory card, take out the Max Drive disc, insert the RPG Maker 3 disc, load up the game file, and then play. It takes too much time to do.
No, no, if it really bugs you that no one is playing it, I'll do so today.
I downloaded and played through about 45 minutes of it yesterday. I like the concept. The story is cool. !!+spoilers below+!!
- I like the row houses which stood in contrast to the huge mansion just steps away.
-The little mystery about that icon in the abandoned house was interesting.
-When I went to Hyrugami's house, it was a nice touch to put that coffin in there, which I hadn't seen until I finished reading through the journal entries. It makes one wonder how he got himself into that coffin. Maybe in his last moments he dragged his body there and put the cover over it with his last moment of life. Kind of morbid, which isn't necessarily a bad thing in an RPG maker game.
-The resting tree was a good way to modify the time.
-I love dogs, and I named the dog after one of my favorite pets
With RPG Maker 3, sometimes I find myself saying, "Oh. I used that graphic for something similar in my game," or "That's a good work around." It's best to approach each person's creation as if you haven't seen the graphics before, which can sometimes be a challenge.
And you?
Who else has played the demo? I think it looks promising. Good job Hitogoroshi.
I've played the demo. I quit after that man at the party had my head. Yep, game over for me. I did save the game just before I went to the party, but I have other things to do.

Reason: Something stupid.

Thanks for the comments, Page! I'm glad you used the phrase "promising." I am trying to win most promising demo, after all.
[incredibly minor spoilers below]
Anyway, Hedrum, I'm sure it's obvious with only two butlers anywho, but the trick is to look for who's not so faithful to Edmeier.
[increcdibly minor spoilers over]
Page, it sounds like you're almost done. Although if either of you win without the Perfect Ending...try, try again!
Sorry, Hito, but I found a few bugs in the game. I talked to the ninja guy once and he said something about not hiring you for a job. Then I restarted the game, and clicked when I was near him, and nothing happened. Same with Lee-whatever his name was. I looked at the journal, went back to talk to him (but I did not get the emblem), he went downstairs in the cutscene, then disappeared. I went to his house; it was still locked, so I went back to the quarry office, and he was there. But I pressed the button to talk to him, and he did not respond. I now know (after looking at the edit screen) that you were supposed to get the emblem before you talk to him, but there either should be a way to continue in the game if you do not get the emblem, or go to some sort of game over screen so you can try it again. Otherwise, the player will just wander around not getting anywhere without knowing he did anything wrong. Also, if you only plan on having a character do something at night, if it was me, I would have him say SOMETHING during the day. Like, come back and see me at night or something. Because I looked at your modes, and I noticed that some of the characters have no info for during the day. Otherwise, players might think they are doing something wrong (or think that there is a bug in your game) if they just keep clicking on a character and nothing happens. Other than that, I liked what I played.
Actually, stuff is supposed to happen when Leepol leaves. Seems to be a problem with the display refreshing event. He's not supposed to be around in the day, the problem is very early evening is still day in-game, so when I refresh display during the evening night events don't happen. Still...Leepol should have been gone...ERGGH. (And actually, the game is supposed to be playable after Leepols death, just not possible to get the perfect ending. Try talking to Oran the friendly ninja again, see if the game can be salvaged.)
