    A question about viewpoint

I am wondering if there is is any way to make it so the camera does not follow the player and instead just stays focused on a single viewpoint.

I haven't found any way of doing this and just wanted to see if anyone has or if it is even possible.

    Thank you.

Is this RPGM1? If so, you'll need to use the Event Command for Party Disappear. Then, have events that look like your main characters do whatever it is that you want them to do. As far as I know, that's the only way you're gonna be able to make it work.

    As for RPGM2, I haven't the foggiest.

Same with RPGM2. It pretty much isn't worth it unless it's only for a cutscene(s).

The viewpoint/target commands for spells (visual effects of spells) determine where the visual effects is displayed: viewpoint will make it happen once in the center of the screen ('All' targeting skills) and target will make it happen once where each target is ('Single' targeting skills).

Note: The Viewpoint and Target commands only work inside the battle system.

But i wonder how do you control the camera for the visual effects i've seen some pretty good ones for Dragon Warrior 7 like Explodet, Blizzard, Vaccum, and De-magic.

I wonder if you can set up the options on how to contol the camera for some super cool visual effects?

I think that's in Enemy Actions. I know for sure that the default Minatuar enemy has one that uses a camera movement. Yeah, it can definitely help to make them look cooler.
