It must be a real emergency if you don't have time to use commas.

Well, all I can think of is to remove any connection to the internet it may have.

There are three commas. Go away.

I have no idea. You could always wipe the HDD, as last resort.

I had this same problem, when my mom's junkie friend couldn't get into the laptop he stole from a business.

            I hate Windows.

Well besides reinstalling Windows 2000, which will not wipe your drive (but will make all your programs need to be reinstalled, and you'll probably have to reset your settings) I don't know of anything that I would feel safe recommending you use. I know that there are programs that will reset your password, but that's pretty dangerous to do. Of course the only people I know that have these are people working for computer repair shops. I don't know if I would trust a program off the net to do just that though. This is why you never forget your password, write it down and keep it on you if you have to (like in your wallet or something) or make sure it's something you always remember. This is why auto-login can be bad, as eventually if you don't have to use your password, you'll forget it.

Another thing he might try is the Administator account (of course if he was smart it would have a password too, more than likely the same one). You can't disable that one to my knowledge without a tweak program or a very thorough knowledge of windows and the hidden config programs within it. You can rename it however.

One of the ways also suggested is getting a Linux boot disk and using that to access your Windows partition. Check your PMs for some links on ways to recover it.

There's a way to change the password from the recovery console of the Windows boot cd if I remember correctly. I know of it due to it being a security risk, you can change anyone's password with just the cd, Windows 2000 didn't even ask you to confirm the password when changing it from the cd.

If it's possible to take the drive out, you might be able to hook it up as a secondary drive on another computer, and browse through it like that while using an administrator account on the host computer.

Doesn't work if the user's files are encrypted using EFS or anything of the sort though.

Start in Safe Mode (hold F8 while booting) that should help.
