Changing default e-mail in Internet Explorer 6.0 (Help me)

I know that you can do Tools > Internet Options > Programs > E-mail... but my problem is, none of the e-mail selections are what I want to use. It's Outlook, Hotmail, and MSN Explorer. I want to add Yahoo mail to that drop box, so I can have that be my default... but I don't know how.

Any computer gurus in here? I googled this and everything I googled was wrong. Maybe it's cause I'm using IE 6.0 and the only info I could find was 3.0-5.0.
    Keep the change.

Well while I can't recommend anyone use IE 6, or really IE for that matter since it has been the bane of my webdesigning, Yahoo Mail is not really a mail program last I checked as I believe it just will goto the Yahoo webmail site with your login (so it's more of a shortcut). Now I could be wrong about this, and the Yahoo site seems to make it like you just set it as your default, possibly in the settings of Yahoo Mail. This would make it work in another browser (Firefox, Opera, really anything but IE the internets biggest piece of spyware, and one of the worst browsers) as well.

So unless you have the POP mail version of Yahoo, you may be out of luck as it's not really an Email program. I would download it but Yahoo has been very bad about adding their little Yahoo bar to all their programs and other Adware type things. Now if you like the toolbar it might make it your default, up to you if you like Yahoo's Toolbar or not. Of course you might want to look into other email options (though I'm not sure their are any free ones with POP mail options), but I know it's a pain to change email addresses when your old one won't let you foward.

I'm pretty sure Yahoo has a tool you can download to make it work without pop3 access. Instead, use gmail. I can give you an account, you can use that with Outlook or Thunderbird, free.
