Came across some youtube videos for it, and it actually looks pretty cool. Wiki'd it and it turns out its a French/Japanese combo, and it looks like it actually works. Also has some pretty badass CG animation in it.

And it that wasnt enough to get you interested apparently Yokko Kanno sings or composed the opening and ending songs. MORA ALERT. I dont know if the vids I linked to have Yokko Kanno, but whatever.

Original conecept was supposed to be all cellshaded and stuff, and was just a video for a festival, but ended up becoming pretty popular. Or so Ive read.

BUT, the main thing is Ive never watched the show. Have any of you, and is it any good? Cause these videos made it look really cool.

She composed the OP and ED, but they don't use the OP in the American broadcast at all (it's some rock crap or something now) and they only began using the original ED recently because there were complaints or something. Possibly from the French studio.

And the show is fairly tepid. I turned off the first episode about halfway.

I didn't like it, and the fact that it was on JETIX makes it even crappier, by association alone.

If you like the sort of CG style of that, look at some Studio 4C stuff. They do great composite CG/2D work.
