I'd like to point everyone to this RPGM1 demo:

I released this demo, I think not too long before I started work on Jester's Hunt. The ideas for this game started as far back as 2001. I'm wanting to revive the project, though not for RPGM1. RPGM1's memory limitations are way too big. Heck, this demo was missing a few nice features I wanted because of those memory limitations, and I still think it would've been too big. I had to use the sample maps because I was taking up so much memory making custom maps that there wouldn't have been room for all the places in the game. True, there is a trick to span system data across multiple memory cards, but I wanted to make it possible to backtrack to at least most of the previous places in the game, and it would've been a bit of a hassle having to switch back and forth between all those memory cards.
Anyway, now that I have an RPGM without such huge memory limitations (and since I've just gotten myself excited about the game again), I'm wanting to revive the project. For real this time. As in I actually plan to finish it, and not quit before getting far because I got another idea or something unrelated. BUT FIRST, since so many new people have come here since this demo's release (everone else, you can go ahead and say "oh great, not this game again"), I'm wanting a few comments on what's good and what needs improving. I've kinda forgotten most of the original comments.
...Okay so I really just want my ego to be boosted a bit.
