WiFi Max and DS

Does anyone have a Datel WiFi Max? I just bought one and I got it hooked up and running but when I try to connect my DS I get the 52100 error. "Connected to access point but unable to connect to the server." I remember I had the same problem when I first got my regular wireless router but I can't remember how I fixed it. Can anybody tell me how to fix it?

It might be on Nintendo's blacklist...our router was on there and we had to jump through some hoops to get it to work. I'll ask what we did and get back to you.
