I got this song stuck in my head... and I NEED to know who sings it.

It's by some black guy with a really whiny voice, the song is almost like a joke it's so bad/good. Made around the late 80's early 90's...

It kind of goes like...

I know that one...the singer is Biz Markie (I think "Mario" used a sample of it) and it goes...

No almost about it. In the video he sings the chorus pretending to play the piano dressed as Mozart and purposely singing horribly. Making fun of himself was pretty much Biz Markie's thing.
