Comic book paper is easier to draw on, you don't have to push down as hard. At least i think that's the difference.

She's probably talking about blue line pro pages, or something similar. Sorry, Glueme, but a tablet just can't compare to one of those beautiful (and INTIMIDATING) pages. I have two sets of blue line pages that I hardly ever use. Mostly because I don't think I have enough for a full book, and also, my art sucks.

the wacom tablet I have is pretty small, but it doesn't bother me at all. Works great.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ADESSO! Their products suck.

Wow...there are alot of responses. Yes, Nixon is much right. They are basically blue line pro comic paper that have been imported by Japan. They are very soft, and they have light blue lines for that don't scan, and that have very good guidelines that help me keep a consistant page size. I use to draw on regular printer paper, but it kinda got out of hand because none of my pages were consistant in size or shape, and I had little space to work with if I wanted larger images. The comic in my "Comic by Libby" thread (the first one) is done on the comic book paper, the second (color) is done on series of sketchbook/printer paper.

Gloomy - I have a tablet, and I love it very much, but I do not have NEAR the skill to draw comics with it, and I prefer the pen and paper method. I use it pretty much for coloring, and have lost all talent with the mouse because of it. I still love her though. *pets the stand specifically bought for it, so it's not used as a coaster*

Madam, you ****ing LIE. Your art does NOT suck.

As a bit of a shameless bit of advertising, I got my paper from a place called animegamers.com. They arn't quick, but the paper is imported from Japan. (it's Deleter Pro Blue Line Type A.) I don't remember if I'm allowed to link, but feel free to PM me and I can send you a link to where you can get it for about 6 bucks for 40 sheets.
