Zidane is a common french Canadian name, well. probably just a common french name altogether. But I think it's actually Arabic. It's Zi-dan. Remember the soccer play who head butted that guy at the world cup?Comment

In english, it should be Zy-dane because a vowel appears after the 'd' making the 'i' a capital sounding letter... or atleast that's what I got from english class.
