Thats right, this isnt about the game.

Nintendo is releasing a special edition FFIII DS in japan, along with the black system that was formerly only available in europe.

I started to make a topic about this too but I've already made my disdain for Nintendo's lack of colorful US/Aus love known elsewhere. I am quite ticked off at this point. Europe had black and white from launch, and Japan has white, light blue, navy blue and soon pink, black, and the FF3 model. Yet the US and Australia don't deserve so much as a single other option than white? I don't want to pay the extra money to import so I'm going to just give in a get a white one but I am NOT happy about it. Hopefully I can scam an exchange if and when another color is released here.

while i love my fire red DS, that black DS lite would go great as my PSP's sidekick.
