If this is true (and The Inquirer is known for some outlandish news stories) then it is the greatest thing I ever heard. Dell should sign a deal with the military; we could mail a laptop to Kim Jong and stop the conflict in North Korea.

Dell is investigating it but I think it's staged. You'd have to be pretty darn quick to pull out your cell and snap a pefectly centered and rather in focus pic at the moment of the explosion without having prior knowledge.
