    Twisted Metal Black soundtrack

So, I was listening while playing TM: Black, and I heard nothing. I turned the volume up, and I heard sucky music, so I turned it back down. Where is my Rob Zombie?

Also, I need to try to get a list of the songs on the previous Twisted Metal games, cause I think I am missing some. If you can give the album I can get them on (No matter what it is, even a random cd with one on it) extra points for you.

Your Rob Zombie was included in the crappiest suckfests to ever bear the TM name

In my opinion Black was worst of all though.

          White Zombie > Rob Zombie

I'd suggest checking out La Sexorcisto (Devil Music Vol 1) and Astro-Creep 2000.

I know it's not what you're looking for, but if you enjoy Rob's solo stuff...

I have some fond memories of Twisted Metal Black. Actually that would only be Raven's story and the song at the ending credits. Long ago it was stolen with a bunch of my games. At least something good came out of being robbed.

i enjoyed black. the stories were nice and dark. though somehow, it seems like some were made a little more user friendly somewhere along the way. dollface, for example. before the game came out, her story was presented as being her father who was responsible, not just some guy boss. (this would seem to make her ending much more interesting, as after killing dozens of people in the course of the game, why would killing one more guy, especially the one who'd put her in the mask, be such a hard choice). never figured out from whence the discrepancy came.

final boss was a ***** though!

those games are the most fun in multiplayer though.

My favorites were actually 3 and 4. The storyline was cool, the cars were awesome, and the music was good. I don't see why everyone hates them.

I don't hate them, but they got nothing on the first 2. You can't crush cars under your wheels anymore, man! That just isn't right!

                    Re: Twisted Metal Black soundtrack

Twisted Metal 2 is the only one I still own. 3 was terrible and 4 was just a big meh-fest.

Blast amped up the graphics and gameplay, but it wasn't the same game. The physics of driving caused you to slide around way too much, like they were all drift racing and shooting at each other. Black was fun multiplayer, but nothing beats 2.

                    But then, I liked X3.

Blah blah blah Rick mentions he liked X3 every chance he gets.

Black is definatly my favorite of the series, I loved the stories the stages and the characters and the new cars, too (I can't believe it made me play as Darkside). While I wish it was as bright and comical as Twisted Metal 2 (and had my favorite car, Twister); everything about it played to it's atmosphere. From all the stories to Minion's secret messages.

Was the PSP twisted metal a sequel?

Twisted Metal 2 wasn't really bright. I found it to be a bit dark, but I will admit it was somewhat comical (the Hammerhead ending.) TW2 will always be my fav in the series, plus it had the most threatening final boss I've ever seen for this type of game. I did alot of running away in terror! That mofo was huge!!! As for TW Black, it was much darker than the others. It did a good job with that theme, but something about the game kinda... what is the word I'm looking for? Well, it just turned me off.

Twisted Metal 3 and 4 were your FAVORITES!?

                          Wow.

                          That's really quite interesting.

EDIT: Oh and listen to Nixon. White Zombie STOMPS Rob's solo career any day of the week.

What the hell is Educated Horses anyway!?!?!?

3 and 4 had those wonky physics that made for some fun jumping and rolling but other than that..ugh.

Black was my favorite...I thought it had the tightest gameplay and the endings and characters were great.

Plus, how can you beat a preacher being launched out the windshield as a special weapon? "REPENT!!" *kaboom*
