It said I have HEAL but I don't even know how to cast spells.

There isn't a magic option in the menu? Can't you assign the spell to a button? You may have to go to items to use the grimoire first.

Where/how'd you buy it anyway?

There is a magic scroll that helps. It is called the "Instruction Guide".

You first have to use the gramore that the spell is on as an item, after that you can cast it from the magic menu or fromthe shoulder buttons.
