alright how do you set a camera at 20 horizontal and 350 distance thrroughout the entire game even through screen changes?

I'm no expert in RPG Maker 2 logic, but I think I know how to do this.
In the menu, go down to "File" and "Preferences"
Change the level to "Hard"
Update Data and Exit
Then in the menu, go down to "Game" and press X
Select "Game Settings"
Click on the "Adv" tab
Select "Camera"
Change your settings there.

RPGM2's low draw-in distance will really stand out at that level, but I'm sure you already know it. Me, I like the low camera level, no matter how ugly that horizon is. Just as long as the camera goes up to a higher angle when in tight spaces. (Me, I'm leaving it up to the player with 2 camera views at the touch of a button.
