Night Watch

I discovered something wonderful, and I wanted to share. Go, rent it, buy it, LOVE IT. Not too sure about the video game that was made for it, but this is based off a Russian novel. One of the first contemporary modern fantasies I have seen, and it does it wonderfully. Even the Russian subbed version of it was a joy to watch because it had animated subtitles. <3 It's worth it, seriously.

My boyfriend is going to get it. The engine is based of a game called Silent Storm, which didn't get too good of reviews, but I loved the movie so much I'm going to give the computer game a chance. :P I can play by boyfriend proxy.

I seem to remember an episode of Ebert "I hate video games" & Roeper where they lambaste the film.
