I am now the proud owner of a bone flute, a kalimba with added resonant chamber that can be used for wah-wah, and a tibetan buddhist ritual bell + dorje.

The bell isnt in this picture, I already packed it.
The dorje is the gold thing.

The bone flute is magnificent. I went into the woods and played it earlier, and ravens paused to watch. Seriously.

edit: it's higher than soprano in tone, and if I play it right, makes noises like the scary highpitched noises that sometimes happen in silent hill. ring modulation ish noises.

Where did you get get the flute and the other items? I have a nice wooden flute somewhere.... it's really tough to play. Despite not having practiced in 12 years, I'm still better with a violin.

I got them at an exotic music instrument store here in austria. I had to forgo a 1000 euro koto and a 1000 euro waterphone, though. not made of money. D:


However, I may be going back tomorrow for a singing bowl and a gong.

My music goes more in a ritualistic direction by the day :O

And yeah, its a bit tough to play. But it's fun.

edit: and yeah, the ravens were really.. wow.
