Ah man... someone publish this game PLEASE

I was browsing a PoPoLoCrois forum when someone posted a link to this:

Click on the "demo video" picture to download it.

Seriously, this game looks AMAZING.* Gurumin is an action/adventure/platformer/rpg from Falcom known for the Garghav Trilogy (Legend of Heroes in America) and Dragon Slayer 4 (Legacy of the Wizard, a cool nes platformer) and it looks outstanding.* Beautifully animated cel-shaded graphics, a cool looking battle system, interchangeable armor and weapons that appear on your character, sweet looking boss battles, and wicked effects all in the palm of your hand running at a SMOOTH 30 FRAMES PER SECOND (an internet buddy has it and he says the game has 3 second load times with no frame rate drops).* It's as if someone took Brave Fencer Musashi and mixed it in a blender with Jet Grind Radio and Cave Story.* This is the kind of original mess the handhelds need but so far ITS NOT COMING TO THE WESTERN SHORE.

Depending on how good LocoRoco sells (which is already widely popular in Europe recieving crazy ass high reviews), I plan on emailing NIS America, Ubisoft, Atlus, and Agetec with sob stories about how they should publish this and I'll buy 500 copies on the spot.* Really, I think with some good advertisement this will be a popular PSP game.* I plan on ordering it from lik-sang this weekend and posting a full review on this site once I get it.

screenshots to get you to watch the video:

EDIT: I noticed that this also apparently has rythem sections where you watch a cinema and push buttons to the music a la gitaroo man.

that actually looks pretty cool. I dunno if I like the character design of that girl, though.

don't forget Ys. Falcom developed those as well. they're a pretty good company.

For being on PSP, those screenshots sure aren't very "widescreen". But the game does look interesting. Although I imagine there might be a possible name change coming here, considering "Gurumin" only has a one-letter difference from "Gurumon". (I'm no Digimon fan, so I might be mistaken.)
"What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change. Imagine the best friendship that could be found there."

The armor she wears determines her hairstyle and appearance; I don't think that's the default one but there are others like a valkyrie armor set, a witch armor set, and a fanservicey cavewoman armor set.

The screenshots were resized from famitsu scans. Watch the video as it was recorded from a PSP screen.

Forgot about that. Ark of Napishtem actually sold moderately well for a Falcom game and the PSP version was actually better (in my opinion) than the ps2 one.

This was posted at the agetec forum as well, someone trying to get agetec's attention for it.

it does look very nice, I honestly think it looks like it would be more fun than all the other games available for the PSP.

That was probably Wyrdward, a fan of Agetec for translating PoPo. Since you have connections with Dave keep us updated please

yes, it was. Dave left agetec at the end of last year, but I still have friends in agetec. If I hear anything, I will share the info if I'm cleared to do so.

I like the style of this alone... I mean look at it. So nice.
It would definitely make for one killer game!

Oh wow, that game looks like a total trip. Considering Falcom's track record, looks like this one will be equally as solid.

I'd buy a PSP just for this and Me and My Katamari.
