    Heavy Rain.

From the same guys who made Indigo Prophecy. Although IP's story towards the end was a bit odd, the rest of the game was great so I forgave that. Anyway, this is what they're making for the PS3. The demo was more of a "casting" video, but done in real time. But I'm hoping it's like Indigo Prophecy, Monkey Island, ect, in that you walk around examining things and such. The video is definitely pure eye candy, I loved the motion capture as well as the facial expressions. I just wish I could have seen it right in front of me rather than a lower quality video on the net to really see what it's like.

What with Dreamfall having one of the greatest stories told in a videogame and Indigo Prophecy rocking my pc, I think this new generation of adventure games are really rocking house. It's good to know the graphics in this game recieved a major ps3 facelift because Indigo Prophecy was ugly even by modern standards.

Watching the video was only slightly more then eyecandy to me. I liked it better near the end with the pointing of the gun, but the voice annoyed the every living daylights out of me. Just, I dunno, I couldn't stand having to play a game where I had to hear her voice throughout the entire thing.

      Still, it looks good.

As long as it doesn't COP OUT like Indigo, it could be great.

Man how long is this game gonna take though 19 years? The graphics look very well done.

Then again, the lip sync was horridable.

the animation is pretty awkward and unrealistic, especially in the eyes...

strangely enough, it still gives me much hope for the future of adventure games.
