PSP Core and PSP... what?

can anybody tell me the difference (other than the price tag) in PSP Core and PSP? Gamestop's website has both listed.

Core system has no memory stick, no headphones, and no UMD sampler thingy.
Its just the system, the slipcase, and a battery.
