In my game, Sin, I am having some difficulty coming up with monsters/spirits. I'm wanting my monsters to represent different emotions, sins, etc. Unfortunately, symbolism isn't exactly me forte. What I'm asking is for what comes to mind when you think of these:
Greed, Envy, Corruption, Genocidal, Hunger, Suffering, Insanity.

They helps somewhat. What I'm kind of looking for is what vague visual image comes into your head when you think of those. Example; Corruption- creature rotting and decaying, which is spreading its influence. In other words, describing in one sentence or more (one sentence would be just fine) of what those particular emotions/sins make you think of. I just need a root to build off of, the rest I can do myself. Thanks, Libby, you did give me some useful concepts anyway.

If this was RPGM3, I could help lots more. But anyway...

Hunger: Weak looking monster that crawls pitifully but lunges and bites out of desperation when you approach.

Suffering: I think of suffering meaning YOU suffer, like, some bitter spirit that can drain you away.

Greed - I would envision a very large creature, grabbing whatever was in its path and possibly devouring it.

Insanity - I see it as a mass of disembodied limbs and organs, each with it's own gibbering and laughing mouth.

My sister recently go a digital camera so I decided that I will use that to show what I got so far. Monster related, anyway. Not the best way, but that's all I got. I will hope for some pointers to make them better once I have the pics. They should be ready for you guys in a few days. Later! :)
